I spent almost 20 years in the securities industry most of which I spent in the wholesale industry. I also spend a few years running a startup company as the CEO using Regulation D to raise capitol. I had what I thought was a superior understanding of the 65 material in a practical sense. I am SO thankful I found this course after failing my first attempt. The PDFs vs a text book made the information concise and to the point without extra fluff. Suzy’s explanations of what the test is looking for and real world examples made such a difference in my understanding of the material. The key fact videos were super helpful in making me feel like I was ready to pass. I’ve never felt more prepared for an exam. I was actually excited to take it!

“I took the Series 63 two months ago with another company’s study material. I found it to be quite confusing and overwhelming as I failed. Desperate to find another source, I found your information on the internet. I thought your final exam was a great tool. I took it three hours before I went to take the exam and got 17 wrong.
