Using PassMasters course is worth every penny. I Just finished my 65 exam, after taking other corses and not passing I was looking for another way to study the information. I spent almost 20 years in the securities industry most of which I spent in the wholesale industry. I also spend a few years running a startup company as the CEO using Regulation D to raise capitol. I had what I thought was a superior understanding of the 65 material in a practical sense. The questions were very similar to the study material and there was basically nothing I encountered on the exam that was not covered in your course.
