I have always struggled with the security industry exams and after failing on my first attempt, I thought you and your course could be the difference and help me pass after seeing some of your training videos online. Passed 1st attempt! My firm recommended and paid for me to receive my Kaplan materials for the 65. I studied by reading the chapter and watching the videos. I would take the practice tests and would score 50%. I was perplexed with the amount of work I put in, yet the poor result. Distraught I couldn’t sleep one night and just pulled up YouTube to find other supplemental instruction. I found Suzy’s videos where she explained questions. I watched about 5 of them and was hooked.
